Community Use Agreement

I agree to the following:

1. I agree that the term "Access To Acessories Community" as used in this agreement shall include the use of message boards, chat and any additional member-to-member or member-to-site interactive services that are sponsored by Acccess To Acessories.
2. I agree that I am joining and/or viewing the Community for recreational and informational purposes. I am aware that Access To Accessories cannot and does not guarantee to screen the entire Community and that Access To Accessories is not responsible for editing, monitoring, or screening the content of the member-generated Community content. Any opinions and recommendations expressed in the Community are those of the person expressing such views and not of Access To Accessories . I agree that Access To Accessories is not responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in the online messages and will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of any messages posted on the Access To Accessories Community site.
3. I agree to use one consistent login identification name within the Community because I understand that it is important to the Access To Accessories Community that I maintain a consistent identity. I agree that the Access To Accessories Community hosts and staff may contact me via email should they deem it necessary. I agree that I will not solicit or promote any products or services within the Access To Accessories Community, and I will not use information supplied within the Access To Accessories Community to solicit or promote any products or services via email or any other method.
4. I will not engage in any illegal activity in my postings to the Access To Accessories Community. I understand that the Community is intended to attract people of all ages and backgrounds to share their views. Use of vulgar, abusive or hateful language undermines this goal. I will not use the Access To Accessories Community to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or hateful content or any racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material. In addition, I will not post messages that violate the copyright, other intellectual property rights or privacy right of any person, or messages that are defamatory. I agree that I will be responsible for any damages resulting from any of my postings in violation of the former. I acknowledge that I will not harass, threaten, or impersonate any Access To Accessories Community participants, Access To Accessories Community hosts or Access To Accessories staff. I agree to disagree in a civil manner should I take issue with the statements of another Access To Accessories Community participant or any Access To Accessories content contributor. I understand that civility and respect underlie the success of a group discussion such as the Access To Accessories Community.
5. I acknowledge that Access To Accessories does not control and does not have the power to edit the specific posted content of my messages or the messages posted by other Community participants, though it reserves the right to remove or hide any message from the site and to terminate any participant's Community account for any reason. I acknowledge that Access To Accessories does have the control to edit any messages submitted for review prior to posting in the Community and agree to allow such edits to be made. I further acknowledge that Access To Accessories is not required to post messages submitted for review and may remove such messages even after a review and posting of a submitted message has been made.
6. By submitting content to the Access To Accessories Community, I automatically grant to Access To Accessories the perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or in part) in any and all media. I agree that I will assert no copyright or other proprietary rights in my posted messages, that Access To Accessories may use them for any purpose.

7. Contests & Sweepstakes
   You will have many chances to enter Access To Accessories promotions, contests and sweepstakes. There are three ways to enter:

   1. by entering your e-mail address
   2. by purchasing anything on our Web Site
   3. by registering your e-mail address for our free Access To Accessories newsletter (your e-mail address is the only information collected).

Your e-mail address (and name, shipping address, and telephone number, if you supply it) is collected for each contest you enter and may be randomly drawn from a contest database. Your personal information will only be used in conjunction with the contest for which you entered it.
